Because approvers have to sort through literally hundreds of images per day if they go through the whole queue. There's not enough time to give a detailed response to every one.

I clear the queue before bed and there are 200 new images in it when I wake up. 195 of those won't be very good. Then even more pile up throughout the day. If it doesn't look appealing it's disapproved without second thought. For reference, around 22k posts through the queue in the last month, excluding appeals and flags.

Just take a break and thinking again then upload later (anyways approvers have different tastes and some are busy despite this you should find better quality artworks and then quickly put correct tags and upload. (or else that one you upload will be uploaded by others) Better quality artworks higher chances to get approved. (rarely will be missed and deleted) By the way you can also waited for a month to appeal a deleted one so Approvers will approved your appealed and if you are have more lucky approvers will undelete some of your deleted posts. You are not only one who suffered from posts keeping deleted there also others include me. Goodluck.) (Also i advised you to be less uploading so your posts can be easily seen by Approvers)

I have a lot of deleted posts that i can't choose post to take at and i rather not appeal the deleted. I am not whinning or something else but this is reality. I actually upload decent to more quality posts but because some approvers are busy, some are sleeping, some are want to approve based their own likes. Because of this along with Unres uploader's mass uploads, my posts are unlikely to be seen or approved by approvers and my posts got deleted a lot. Please having more respond approvers and regular check and approve the posts. Goodluck.

No, you are whining. If you check your deleted posts, you can easily see that they have been reviewed by ten or more approvers, so they definitely are being seen by approvers. Actually, more than ten approvers will have seen your posts because not every approver clicks on “no interest”, despite having seen the post. Sleeping approvers being a problem is nonsense because your posts are in the queue for three days. Unless approvers sleep for three days, they can see your post. Unrestricted uploaders also aren’t a problem because their posts don’t go through the queue. If there are ten or more “no interest” votes on your deleted posts, that means we have enough approvers and they are checking the queue regularly.
Stop blaming approvers or unrestricted uploaders for your deleted posts. The problem is that you’re uploading poor quality. If you can’t see that post #4860741, post #4853835 and post #4809066 have pretty poor quality, maybe you shouldn’t be uploading after all.

Idk but i will tried to contribute in other ways, send dmail to me for advises. Also speaking of high quality artworks it harder and longer to find it to upload whether or not i will attempt to do it. (or maybe i will upload better scenery artworks instead)

The hands are the main thing that ruins it for me, given they are where the focus of the image is.
