As much as I want to approve Hex, that hip shelf is pretty bad.
The first Raikou is a classic case of "drew the boobs, then phoned in the rest". The second Raikou is a class case of "Raita designs are best when you ignore the original proportioning".
Don't have much to say on the rest. A lot of them got approved anyway.

It depends on deletion rate. With very few deletions you could maybe get it around 700-800 uploads. With more deletions it could take into the thousands (or even never).

Yes, this is usually unfair for someone who will contribute include me because before a promotion the mods and admins will discuss if and when it's appropriate to promote the user. If anyone raises any potential issues, it usually won't happen, at least not at that time. While mods and admins usually silence my mouth several times for being bad on contribute in some ways. I didn't talk about political but i will be fighting against injustice that occurs in Danbooru.

I know this was deleted, got labelled poor quality and got -4 on score but is there actually anything good about this picture at all or is it just all bad and should be purged from the site for good?
