It looks like juejue_174's post chronologically later than post #8173632 should be tagged as Ai-generated rather than AI-assisted given the commentary (which essentially boils down to being tired of getting harassed for doing AI art despite using the generation as a draft and completely redrawing over it, so instead they're just going to post the generation as is with minor fixes because redrawing takes 3-4 days and it's still treated as AI art). This includes:
Works prior to this without the AI tag on pixiv are AI-assisted, works after this with the AI tag on pixiv are AI generated by the artist's own admission.
Just to have a record and hopefully not a mistranslation if they aren't English-speaking, could you link where the artist mentioned this? I'd imagine it might be this post. I see that they mentioned using AI to help with sketches but nothing about them switching fully to AI-generated content. What I understand from this post is that they'll continue to "update their work as normal" (post as usual) but communicate less outwardly.

It's in the commentary of the post #8173632 itself. I don't know why the original uploader didn't import it but here is a breakdown of the translation (though my proficiency level in Chinese is only conversational level so some of it is paraphrased since I'm not sure how to best phrase it)

Here's the TL;DR of the Juejue_174 situation: They were caught trying to pass off AI generated work as their own original works without disclosing involvement of AI because they were originally tracing over the AI generations they were using as "outlines" (deleting the generated image layer after tracing was complete, which consists of all of their work before September 19th, 2024). Because of that, they were criticized and harassed by others. Now, going forward from September 19th, they are disclosing their use of AI (they have been using NovelAI to generate images). They have also been doing a test on not tracing anymore where they just make minor edits to the original AI generation instead of completely tracing over it as the tracing took a few days to complete. Whether they go back to tracing or not depends on the reception to their new workflow.

I'm pretty sure by "prompts" they're referring to inktober-type lists. The artist referenced in that commentary also has art that looks human made and not AI.

I don't see much assistance going on, even if they claim to use PS as touchup. 832x1216 is also a standard SD output resolution so nah, I'm willing to call this generated.
Just to make triple sure....asset #23486197 is AI-generated, right? There's a weird blur effect on Miku's hair ornaments and the hair looks kinda wonky.
