The highlights on the hair at the top of the head look oddly blended and out of place IMO.
Negative outline on dark edges suggests upscaling or sharpening or something.
With low gamma, weird noisy / off-color shapes visible on skin. They follow lighting/shading...sometimes...but idk about this.
Those shading artifacts are the most damning to me. I'm gonna say I think it's AI.
indy_k's posts seem to be ai-assisted by being traced over an ai-generated image.
Some of the posts in indy_k were flagged as being fully ai-generated.

Looks fully AI-generated to me. The eyes and eyelashes are a mess and the chin and the hair right below also looks really bad. The strap of her swimsuit is also melting into her hair.

all of this guy's works look a lot like traced ai. deserves the ai-assit tag imo.

One hand they predate AI, as in they demonstrated illustration talent before stable diffusion kicked off.
On the other they have put out pieces like this: https://danbooru.donmai.us/posts/5972273?q=rea_loixacra where the hands are off.
I am leaning towards redrawn AI, especially their newer stuff.

This just looks like typical artists sucking at drawing hands, this isn't really what AI artifacts on hands usually look like.

+1 on "hands are difficult", I don't see anything weird that could just be a mistake. If the hands are the only issue and they're just slightly weird, that's not much proof.
I suspect this artist AI-generates and then traces over it. Their style is very inconsistent, and has a very clear mismatch between skill of being on-model, and their linework, coloring, and lack of attention to detail. Though all their art gets approved, I suspect all of it is traced.
