So far the new look of Tag Script has been immensely helpful when browsing through older posts to add tags left out by other users. Easily switching between a few tags makes it so much easier and saves so much time. Thank you!
You can enter that into the "Add Styles" block in Miscellaneous Tweaks, if you don't know another way to do so. Doing this will break the "hide" links, though (hence the CSS to hide them).
edit: actually, it's not perfect, but better than nothing I guess. It only works for parent posts... I removed the last 2 lines and it's a little better, but I still have to click to show the parent/childs when I'm viewing a child post.
edit 2: nevermind, it's working perfectly now, I don't know why.
Clicking show>> on a child image and seeing the other child posts of the current post's parents removed one of my biggest gripes with danbooru. It was awesome, why change it to make only the parent previewable from the child post? D:

I agree, that's why I made it that way in the first place. I removed it because it was mentioned to be too confusing to some for the "parent" bar to have both the parent and the other children.
Hmm, now I wonder what we should do. Does anyone else want to give their opinion?

I also agree we should bring it back. How about changing "This post belongs to a parent. show »" to "This post belongs to a parent and has sibling(s). show »" for posts that have sibling(s)? That way people will know what to expect when they click on show ».
Users should be familiar with the green and yellow bars. If the order of posts is important, the currently viewed post could appear without any border in the preview. (or any other indicator = Serlo's idea) If the order of posts is not important, the currently viewed post could just not appear at all in the preview, showing only the parent and siblings.
The text of the parent can display "This post has a child" and "has x children", so the child post should be able to display "This post belongs to a parent" and "This post belongs to a parent and has x siblings".
If that list always showed parent first, it might be less confusing (if there is any). As for "current" post, just give its container a slightly darker background.
ghostrigger said: actually, there are other gold members who could make most out of their privilege if moved to builders, but that's not for me to decide.
(rather late response, but oh well...) I've thought about this as well, here is copy of my comment from github issue #1290: "There is one offtopic but related problem, though. In danbooru 1 many contributing users were promoted to Privileged (now Gold) status rather than Builder. There are two reasons for this: those statuses were equal functionality-wise back then; many user were promoted before Builder status got introduced. So all such restrictions can be problematic for them. I think this deserves to be considered/discussed in a separate issue or a forum thread."
Someone should probably make a new thread about this, even if not necessarily now.
