Most of these drawings I posted on the site are all in decent quality, I honestly don't know why all of these drawings got shoved aside. They're all really good stuff, nothing amazing but, needs another chance in the limelight. This is the main reason why I don't upload as often, I can't really guarantee if 1 post either gets unapproved after 3 days, or it does get approved, but only at the very last minute. Yeah, that's all I could say on the matter.

While few of these pieces might have gathering some nitpicks (art style, portions, shading, etc.) that would get an approver to pass them on as "meh" to "has issues, so no", sometimes they just fall through the cracks and was never seen by the approver that might think otherwise.
This is the main reason why I don't upload as often, I can't really guarantee if 1 post either gets unapproved after 3 days, or it does get approved, but only at the very last minute. Yeah, that's all I could say on the matter.
Judging from the comments from some approvers, the size of the modqueue can reach into the thousands. That plus approvers have personal biases/interests and lives outside of shifting through art means it's basically a gamble within those 3 days. I guess you can be picky with what you upload, but there are some people that go through deleted artwork and give them a second chance.

Queue has been really slow for me lately...But if I had to pick one to ask for feedback on, it's this one. I thought it was really cute, and am currently not seeing anything wrong with it compared to some reference sheets I've uploaded and successfully got approved.

I'm quite new here but these two upload I've made were not approved and I'm wondering why.
I do understand they're quite similar to their parents, however i'm seeing a lot of duplicates with the very same resolution being approved (like post #8511808 with post #8511813 (is there something I am missing ?)), or others cropped post like post #8491009 being approved.
What's the rule of thumb to follow here ?
