Curious why these didn't get approved, just for reference moving forward, please:

Thanks!

Where are the sources?? They are not optional. -> help:upload
You also left no copyright tag whatsoever on some of those, leaving anyone to guess where those characters come from and if they have a tag themselves, even if that part isn't technically a necessity for approval, you should do your best efforts to provide those anytime you upload.

Since I'm already a pain in the ass already

Why did this got deleted. What was so wrong with it ? Is it the face or something ? Or I assume the approvers simply aren't big fans of this artist works ?

I looked at it several times and I couldn't see the issue

Some of the others I can sorta get. Weird anatomy and all. But why this ?

https://danbooru.donmai.us/posts/8515714

This one too. It seems like a pretty nice pic to me as well. What was the problem with it ?

You'd think that someone who wants feedback that badly would catch someone responding to them already 2 times but here we are.

  • post #8514321 my take: may be the proportions, especially with the hand being too big, among others; may be the combo of this being a sketch + this coloring, sketches aren't bad to upload but with certain characteristics added, it can look not good enough for approvers' tastes, boiling down to "it's meh". May be the low amount or approvers viewing it too. It could be a mix of all 3.
  • post #8515714 Low amount of approver reviews. However even without that i'd be surprised if it was approved, it doesn't look as good as you think, i personally wouldn't call it Bad, but a messy sketch of unremarkable composition with flat colors that aren't very well picked is quite unlikely to find an approver that likes it, so you're in need of luck with that one especially.

I made sure to add the artist tag, is that not what you mean by copyright tag, though? I also wrote in which characters when I knew characters. Is there anything else I needed to provide? Thank you!

Please disregard, I read the help:upload link you provided and understand more clearly. Thank you!

Just curious, what's wrong with post #8518964 ?

My guess is maybe the foreshortening of her body on the left drawing?

Hi, any feedback on why these posts weren't approved? Please give a second chance.

Can't comment on the others, but post #6226100 looks like it was an older piece of work by the artist since the overall quality (e.g. linework, shading) has greatly improved in their newer works after they purged their Pixiv account.

Hello, I'd like a second opinion on the proportions on these posts.
post #8460779 (is it mainly the stomach's muscles?)
post #8355448 (feet's and breasts I suppose?)

post #8460779: Probably the portions of the legs, as in, the right one would look smaller than her left one if she extended it.
post #8355449 and post #8355448: Shading and/or overall art style maybe?

Seems odd that both of these got deleted when the prior works from the same artist, of the same quality, were both approved. Seems like it may have gotten buried as only 5 approvers even looked at them. I'd appeal but I neither have the slots, nor the confidence that it would work lol.

Anything wrong with these? They look perfectly fine to me. I honestly don't get why these artworks aren't getting the seal of approval. These are on the same level of quality as some of the other pictures drawn by the same artist. Or is it just a lack of interest in this franchise? Maybe it's my fault for not catering towards what people are actually interested in, or is it just pure ignorance? Like, I get that the Ultra Series is rather niche amongst the majority of people here, but this is ridiculous, even for me.

The low amount of views certainly is a factor, but the two other posts of this artist were not approved, they bypassed the queue, and they also look better imo.

The foreshortening is fine actually. Bottom drawing is the one with issues but idk if that's the factor.

post #8460779: the slightly inaccurate proportion of the leg is too insignificant to be the reason, the size of the head + Overdefinition all over the stomach + overall style is more likely
post #8355449 and post #8355448 is not a matter of artstyle (if you ask me, what counts as style in there looks rather nice), it's just niche fetish art that is drawn amateurishly, with bad anatomy at that, which is much less likely to get approved

also clearly bad anatomy

^^ Huh, your second opinions are pretty helpful in seeing the larger picture of what's wrong, instead of the finer details (a trait that I have - it's helpful for tagging/*_request).

Only thing I can assume why it wasn't approved (aside from the lack of approvers having an interest in tokusatsu) is that December is a month where a lot of stuff happens; final exams, holiday rushes, botched work schedules, general end-of-year responsibilities, etc. It might not apply here but it's something I've noticed in previous messages on this thread when someone mentions how many approvers checked a certain post.

Oh, is that why?

I guess I was a lil' bit miffed as to why this was the case. The fact that no one is batting an eye towards my Ultraman-related posts, which could explain why my record of posting stuff isn't thriving, as of late.
