I do wonder though why Sonohara was down/slow as well. Was it also mentioned somewhere or is Sonohara more "popular" than Hiji?

She! The moment people mention a server, it's doomed! ;)
But seriously, while Danbooru is the main server the others seem to get hit pretty often with server problems as soon as the main server gets laggy. That makes the use of the official upload bookmarklet... problematic.
Yes, they do. I did some more investigation on my own, and the problem seems to have been triggered by the formatting in my custom CSS. The "color" declarations in the ".with-style" rules were not terminated by semicolons, which apparently meant that "!important" wasn't automatically added to those custom declarations, which meant that the rank-specific declarations did not override the general link color declaration (which did have the semicolon) in the custom CSS.
Since it used to work fine without the terminating semicolons, I assume that the custom CSS handling code has been updated, with the new code being more sensitive to irregular formatting. (If Wikipedia is correct, the semicolon is not actually required by the standard when there is only one declaration in a block.)
The little thumbnail icons indicating animated and video with sound aren't showing up for me anymore.
This was fixed (issue #2601) but probably not yet deployed.
Is there a method or bookmarklet that handles multi-image posts presented in manga-style? Ex: http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=57045668
So far, when I encounter posts like this, I have to enlarge each page, copy the image link for both sides into new tabs, and then use the Post to Danbooru bookmarklet. It gets the job done, but it's very cumbersome, so I was wondering if there was a better method.
The Batch to Danbooru link here is the "official" batch upload method; it essentially gives you a list of links, one for each image in the collection, that leads to the page you'd expect to see using the regular bookmarklet. You still end up using a bunch of tabs but is easier than going one-by-one.

It doesn't seem to work for 'book' style sequences like pixiv #57045668, though. I get a broken "Open all links in new windows" link and no page links.

This was a recent addition, I think. It seems entirely possible to grab the page links from page, since it's embedded directly into HTML script tags, unlike comic.pixiv.net. Created issue #2608 for now.
Also, in case anyone feels like hacking, see issue #2607. I have a feeling that all the protection described there is referer-based, but that needs checking, and there ARE things like reader key in the source, so maybe reverse-engineering actually will be necessary for getting that json file out of there.
Got a problem staying logged in securely. If you do that even with the Remember Me option checked and you don't access Danbooru for a couple hours, when you access the main website again, you won't be logged on until you click Sign In and then the Sign In Securely option.
And you can't sign in securely to the Sonohara and Hijiribe servers as the security certificate is only for the main server.
Question, an artist updated an image, is there a way to update danbooru to reflect the changes?
image in question post #2381862

Upload the new image, add the revision tag to it, and set it to the old one's parent (you can add "child:2381862" to the new post's tags once it's uploaded). In the particular case you bring up, you can basically copy-and-paste the old post's tag list as well, though you may need to replace line breaks with spaces (I'm not sure how the upload form handles them).

Understood. Thank you!
Just wondering is there anyway I can get my old upload limit back or at least get my current to the hundred mark I don't get as much time to upload as I used and I don't like to put up incomplete comics so I have been holding off on putting up long things as I try to get the limit back but that looks like a couple years it will take again. I thought it was ok at first since I did not upload as much cause of life but recently its been really rough on me with the daily limit I can't commit to a comic like the from say bai_lao_shu who does not release comic often but I cannot put up the whole thing when he does like I used to.
Sorry for the inconvenience
