ある暑い朝の事。
奇妙な呻き声が聞こえるので様子を見に行った男性（87）が、自宅近くの路地で行方不明になっていた少女を発見した。
ただその少女は凄まじく異常な状態で発見された。
右半身、背中、左前腕と左足の膝下が巨大な腫瘍となり、更にはその腫瘍部分が周囲の壁と癒着していたのだ。
当然一般人に助けれる筈も無く、男性は救急隊を呼ぶが、あまりにも異常な光景に彼等も途方に暮れてしまう。
少女が行方不明になってから約2週間。
たった2週間で人体をここまで変異させる症例は過去に例が無く、新種の感染症の可能性も考えられる為、癒着部分を剥す方法が見つかるまで少女はその場に隔離される事になった。
少女は意識はあるものの、意味不明の言葉を話すなどかなり錯乱している模様。
また、腫瘍部分に少女以外の手が埋もれているのが確認されたという。

This happened once upon a time, one hot morning.
An 87 year old man heard a strange moan and went outside to investigate. Out in a nearby alleyway he discovered a girl who had been missing for a while.
He found the girl in an absolutely dreadful condition.
The right hand side of her body, her back, her left forearm, and below the knee of her left foot had turned into gigantic tumors. Also, the tumors had attached themselves to the surrounding walls.
There was clearly no way that any ordinary person could have helped her, but the man called the emergency services anyway. Faced with such an incredible situation, the emergency services simply did not know what to do.
It had been two weeks since the girl had gone missing.
There were no precedents for this type of human transformation being carried out in only two weeks. There was also a possibility that this was due to a new variety of infectious disease and so until they found an appropriate way to detach her from the walls, the girl had to remain in the alleyway in a state of quarantine.
Although the girl was conscious, she spoke using unintelligible words; she seemed to be in a state of considerably confusion.
Also, she seemed to have some hands, other than her own, buried within the tumors.
