You sure you didn't click the "Post" button twice? Like if the first one was taking a long time to go through so you decided to press it a second time, that would submit two comments.
I can't believe I never noticed this. All those buttons should be disabled after first click, as a general UI rule...
The Recent Posts listings on artist entries and wiki pages was removed. This should fix the problems with those pages failing to load.
You can now use the bookmarklet to upload from any Pixiv page and the source field will automagically be filled in with the URL of the full size image. So you don't have to open the full image first to upload any more, you can just upload directly from any of these pages:
The new /img-master/ thumbnail URLs will also be converted into full size /img-original/ URLs if anyone tries to upload one.
The artist finder now works with Pixiv's new /img-original/ URLs, as well as any of the above URLs.
EDIT: I should make it clear, you still have to put old URLs (as in: http://i2.pixiv.net/img18/img/yanm1030/) in artist entries. /img-original/ URLs don't work there.
Sorry to bring this back up, but here is the thing:
I want to upload something from my pc (not from any url) so I go to the upload page. As a rule I always check if there is any previous similar post, so I choose my file and then I click Find similar...
...Nothing happens.
Is the find similar button broken? or only works with url?
With certain searches, I don't get any results. Although there are numbers on the bottom, there are no pictures above them. Is this a bug?
It's likely that all the posts on the page you're viewing are either censored or deleted. If they're censored you're not allowed to view them because you are a basic member. If they're deleted you can view them by clicking "Deleted posts" on the bottom left of the page.
I'm not sure posts in the queue actually need blue borders, we know they're all pending.
What about the flagged/parent/child borders, are those still useful? I could add a specific exception to hide just the pending border on the mod queue if so.
Flags within the first 3 days after something's been posted are fairly rare so 99% of the time they're going to be at the very top of the queue anyways. Parent/child could be useful or at the very least I can't think of any reason to disable them.
Is there any way we could swap the keyboard A and D navigation for parent/child posts? The way it's implemented now is kind of counter-intuitive.
Right now when a parent has more than one child, D moves left on the list, and A moves right.
Swapping the buttons wouldn't be enough to fix that. The A/D keys go up/down by post ID. The relationship previews use a special order: parent first (regardless of ID), then child posts by ascending ID order. The A/D keys would need to support special orders, but just like with the order: metatag that is not easy to fix.

Can't delete a post if I've flagged it, it thinks I'm just flagging it again.

Ahhh, that makes sense. Guess I'll just live with it.
I'm finding some odd Ugoira Behavior in post #1837349
It might be the source being buggy, but I'm seeing it as taking up 1/4th the width and about 1/6th the width with a vast area of blankness.
Am I the only one seeing this? Is it case of odd behavior with thumbnailing Ugoiras?
Edit: On pixiv it says it's supposed to be 600 x 4624 but is being displayed for me as 77.85 x 600. Using Pixiv Fullscreen it's 140 x 1080, but still not matching it's apparent 'full size' of 600 x 4624. My gut says that what I'm seeing on the Danbooru upload is the 140x1080 but with the 600 x 4624 declared size.
