Looking at it full size, it’s basically “AI meets Ecce Homo”.

The hands are bad, but not in the way AI bad hands look and the style is consistent throughout the piece. Some other art from this artist looks more suspicious however, such as post #7384785 which has odd line weight compared to the shading though I may be overanalyzing.

Looks like a human error. The thumb should be behind the plush out of view

unstableboiler's been brought up a few times before, all their works appear shamelessly copy pasted from either other artists (post #5628696, post #6503671) or AI (very obvious from the artstyle of their recent posts and backgrounds, like in post #6171362)

Also this user's danbooru activity revolves entirely around uploading and defending this particular artist from AI/tracing accusations while coincidentally sounding exactly like them (forum #237203), so make of that what you will.

Looks like AI to me.
Hair blends into eye.
Pupil shapes inconsistent.
Broken edges on her upper body clothing where it passes below the ribbon/tassel/whatever.

funnily enough, i came here to comment on this same artist. they're intentionally hiding that it's AI and selling their art on FANBOX (which is prohibited), so go report them there. if you zoom in, some of their lines have inconsistent thicknesses that don't look possible with a tablet. it's also concerning that they turn off all comments on Pixiv, and their art style is a clear ripoff of tomato rice https://danbooru.donmai.us/artists/156082

^ the right hand proportions in this post makes 0 sense

^ also a bad hand

^ this is subjective, but i feel like when compared to post 2, the face looks like it's drawn by a different person despite being the SAME character.
source filename, picture dimensions, the top of the character's head and some inconsistencies with character's design make me suspect the picture was generated by AI, trying to copy seya_(sseya33)'s style

I don't see any artifacts, just some artistic choices for the design with rough rendering
the full-size image is also too large for the current AI to generate and upscale without leaving obvious artifacts

Could easily be artistic choice, but having the hole in her boob on the right, the sudden line shift in her hair on the right above her shoulder leaving hair that kind of just randomly starts out of nowhere, and the seeming disconnect in her hair between what is above and below her boob are kind of poor choices.

Looks more like rushed human work to me, probably inexperienced artist too.
> top straps fuse into necktie
That's how many artists draw this costume.
> weird bit of blue below necktie end
Human mistake missed due to coloring while zoomed out and/or rushing it so they didn't notice a missing spot.
> strange interaction between bottom right strap/o-ring
Result of being lazy not bothering fixing the initial sketch.
> hole in her boob on the right
Obvious coloring error often made by humans who aren't that experienced working with layers.
> sudden line shift in her hair on the right above her shoulder
Using free-form select and move tool to fix parts does that and they didn't clean up afterwards. This is more proof of human involvement than evidence for AI.
> disconnect in her hair between what is above and below her boob
Again probably just lazy, it seems the only effort went into the face and breasts.
