If you want me to state it without the 140 character limit, the shoe on the right side is poorly drawn as the artist mangled the shoe design trying to give them depth, but instead failed. The shoelace holes should be ovals, due to being in the side, instead they're near perfect circles as if the shoe literally has no sides and is a flat 2D object being looked upon from the top. Furthermore they're inconsistent with one shoe having nearly double the shoelace holes in the same area as the other shoe. Lastly the fish is flat and lacks depth and appears as a flat 2D sticker just overlaid over the image of the shoes instead of resting on them.

The image is half-assed and the artist wasn't even trying to make it good. It's just a dumb gag post and clearly some sort of in-joke with some of the approvers, but it's not a good image worth being approved.

Low quality and off topic is bob the builder mspaint porn, not a well-drawn, well-executed meme redraw. A post doesn't have to be complex to be of good quality either.

I agree. There are multiple posts that can be considered minimalist or simple, but those two aforementioned words doesn't equal low quality.

That could be true, but "low quality" flags are not considered vandalism. There's no way to prove flagger intent without their own admission (or an obvious pattern).

There's absolutely a pattern of this lovely community flagging posts like this for inane reasons . Thankfully it's not common, but when a post just like, isn't low quality (like this one) you can safely assume the actual reason (they don't like it).

I'm talking about per person. You cannot thought crime flaggers. Unless a flagger is clearly abusing the system, and a single "low quality" flag is not abuse, you can't do anything about their intentions. The related subject matter is absolutely likely to attract flags just becasue someone doesn't like it, but that's not against the rules.
