That's not flag vandalism. Positive score is irrelevant for approvals and it also doesn't matter how long it was active before. This topic is for unjustified flags like "loli" etc.
This image being flagged for quality (and anatomy) is a normal flag you just have to deal with.

An opinion I can sympathize with. Not vandalism.
I have to agree with the above.
Although we're still primarily anime-focused, the line between western and anime art is always getting blurrier. We have multiple unres people uploading tons of comic book art and there is nothing wrong with that. We have tons of historic fine art uploaded and I see no reason to stop.
In addition, and I know I'm guilty of this myself especially in some of my years-ago flagging habits, we shouldn't excuse invalid flags because we personally don't like the image. Yeah, if it's truly egregious we don't reapprove it, but it's still valid to bring it up in here and get a modmin to pester the flagger.
