Upload Feedback Thread - post here if your uploads keep getting deleted

They are all rather simple with flat colors and not many details if you look at the approved posts for hyeing02 most of them are more detailed. The third one is essentially a sketch with some flat coloring added.

The wrong sources (Reddit) probably also don't help, the real source is in the comments. In the future, please try to upload from the original source. I will fix your past posts for now. (Edit: I noticed the original source is dead. In that case, you should add the third-party source tag.)

By the way, you if you write post numbers as post #5056316 they become clickable links: post #5056316, making things easier for other people.

well, i don't found the original source, but the original source is in twitter

With most of the other submissions of mine that got deleted I more or less understand why. However, with this one, I’m not sure why it was not accepted. Not upset or asking for it to be restored, would just like constructive feedback for future knowledge.

What was wrong with post #5055496? A lot of the artists art has been posted on Danbooru before, and this Anna art is pretty good in quality.

Bad perspective, bad arm, strange proportions...
An artist having approved work does not mean all their work must be approved. Especially given that they're at 4/9 images deleted.

In fact, in this case, I feel like a lot of the artist's work shouldn't approved.

God know we need more charlotte artwork and this one is perfect

As was said above me:
Score and favcount have no bearing on whether or not something is approved. Doubly so when it's porn of the current seasonal waifu, giving it a massive boost in popularity. In fact, not a single approver or even unrestricted user favorited it. Her back is bent at the front at an impossible angle and there's odd perspective, as well.

The Persona/FE crossover is very amateurishly shaded and has very weak arms, legs, and hands.

You asked about the Charlotte one a month ago. I'll give you the same response I did back then:
Her spine is a J and her hips have turned into swivels instead of joints.

Make sure to pay attention to things like the hands and arms. Although her main trunk is technically accurate, the artist didn't do a great job on the reaching out perspective.
Also, she's got a bit of an egghead.

I'd like a reconsideration or a feedback on those, specially the second, I asked a question in the comments and I don't know if nobody saw it or just ignored it, my point was that the artifact wasn't present on the image itself on the source, but was generated after I uploaded it, on the preview page before upload there's almost no artifact (it's possible to check it), so there's no way I could knew that the danbooru sampling would generate it before uploading it, how do I proceed on cases like these?

Edit: Thanks CormacM and Veradux :)

Understood. Perspective is actually a weakness of mine. Thanks for the feedback.

I'd like to request some feedback on the following posts: post #5060350, post #5042739, post #5022159, post #4980301 and post #4969728
I have no experience with drawing myself and I feel like I'm missing obvious flaws way to often. If someone could point them out I may be able to spot them myself in the future.
Many thanks in advance!

1. The lower body proportions for the girl on the right seems off to her upper body. She's falling backwards to create that perspective but the legs just look too big.

2. Lower body perspective and proportions are glaringly off-putting.

3. IMO this one's not too offensive but the stubbiness of her legs makes it look like she has some dwarfism.

4. The scenery is gorgeous. My first guess is that the faces looked slightly weird at first but glad it got through.

5. Giant head. Yeah, proportions.

Thank you very much! I still like number 2. I guess it is a very extreme perspective which makes it hard for me to judge the proportions.

My post got deleted because 4 believe it breaks the rules. 1 believe it has poor quality. 13 did not like the post enough to approve it.

1. For the first reason how could it break the rules it's a screencap I took from this show itself and edited to make the gif better; it is not just purely a screencap, it is edited (to be clear the video isn't edit it's two different screencaps from the show merged to make it seem like a better scene).
2. For the second it's the best quality gif in the entire kitagawa_marin tag (from what I've seen).
3. For the third it's currently still the 7th most liked post in the tag even after being deleted so objectively it's a good post.

Don't mean to be rude but I'm very confused if someone could help me out that'd be great thank you for your time!

1. Screencaps aren't a good thing on danbooru: help:upload rules.
2. Can't talk about this one.
3. Likes and favs are only a matter of popularity, there are a lot of deleted images with high score and approved images even with <0 score.

No anatomical errors, and the shading seems reasonable to me. Rejected why?

I approved it. I hadn't disapproved your appeal yet because I was still making up my mind on whether it was good enough.
However, please keep in mind that while "glaring anatomical errors" will stop a post from getting approved, the absence of anatomical errors definitely does not mean it will get approved.
Also, you should wait 30 days before appealing your uploads, otherwise not all the approvers will see it again.
