They have let things worse than this pass, I always make sure that the images that I upload retain some aesthetics.
I suggest you to flag the image that you think "it's bad" (You have 5 flags per 3 days, use it and write the reason why it's bad.) If your thought is true the flagged image will later get deleted. (Sometime approver let's those thing pass by mistake.)
post #5007625 and its children got rejected, as I expected, as the moderators seem to really dislike the artist's works. They have a very high rejection rate.
And before you say "Fanbox", that set was one the artist gave out for free.

Paid rewards don't get deleted, they get banned, which is different. Approvers normally don't reject something because they think it's maybe a paid reward.

I know about the paid rewards rule, but I thought there was one for Fanbox in particular (i.e. even free Fanbox stuff). But if that's not the case, can I get a quote on why the set was rejected?
Is there something wrong with those comic? I uploaded 4 pages of comic from the same artist, only 1 get approved post #5006539
Weak shading and linework. IIRC comics get skipped a lot more in the queue, as well. Not because of any inherent quality, but when there's been upwards of 300 posts a day, comics require more attention. So if you're gonna up a comic, make sure to zero in and make sure it's 10/10.

Yes, we dislike that artist's work. Not because we dislike the artist but because they're just not that good. Weak shading, bad proportioning, and a severe case of "drew boobs got paid". To respond to comment #2188137, I point you to comment #2188948. We often get accused of "hating <the fetish/content I uploaded>". A week or so ago we were being accused of hating loli. Or being biased towards only liking porn. The accusation changes near-daily and contradicts itself near-weekly.
The only thing the collective "we" hate is bad art. and even then we've had approvers and mods try to change that
Hello again, I'd like some feedback on post #5022318, I know it's not deleted yet but seems like it will, it's almost reaching 3 days. I know there are better artworks but I genuinely looked for something that qualifies it as bad and I couldn't find except for the shading on her face that doesn't look so good, but there's no anatomical errors I could see and her clothes and background seems acceptable to me.
It's got some weird n' funky anatomy goin' on with the shoulders and boobs.
Hmm, yeah I can totally see what you're saying, it might be the only drawing from the author that won't be accepted in the site, but I am very thankful that you approved the bealphareth posts.
Hello i am semi-new to uploading i think (a bit below 50 uploads) and i think i am beginning to get a feel for what kind of posts might be approved or not but a few days ago i uploaded an image that is in the same style as a lot of other approved images from the same artist (kuon_(kwonchanji)) and as far as i can see the quality should also not be an issue, so i don't really understand why it was not approved so could i please get some feedback on the following image?: post #5021705
Besides that there is also this image i uploaded from the same artist which i can see being denied a bit better but i would still like a bit of feedback on if you have the time: post #5021725
Hello, I'm new to posting and was wondering why post #5025396 and post #5025417 were not approved. Were these not high enough quality? Seems par for course for a lot of other works and at least on par with the other work by the same artist that's been posted.
OK, there seems to be alot of bias when it cames to pics getting approved because all I see is not approved didn't like posts enough, so for some reason me making Ken ships with woman is bad and gets deleted but tons of gay pics of him with Ryu approved...OK I see what you guys like. If the quality is good it should get approved easy, just because you don't like the subject or ship it's deleted? my pics are professional grade work so what reason (other then him not being gay in the pics) is there to delete them. you need fair judges not these bias ass so-called approvers.

As I keep saying: All images are judged based on the individual images' merits. An artist can have 500 images approved but still get one deleted if they had a bad day. The artist for those two images only has one other image on the site and it's notably better. These two have a ton of minor anatomy issues and general strangeness on top of kinda just bein' middling-at-best otherwise.

"No interest" doesn't simply mean that an approver didn't like the content of the image. It's actually the default response that we have. Our response options are "Approve", "Breaks Rules", "Poor Quality", and "No interest". Poor Quality is only meant to be used for things that are outright terrible, typically reserved for things with obvious and egregious anatomy errors, grotesque proportions, or the occasional MSpaint junk that gets uploaded.
It's not about the ship.
Post count for ken_masters yaoi: 35 Less than 10% of Ken's images on the site are gay. It's not about the sexuality of the image, it's always about the quality. There're plenty of images of him paired off with women. Including, like you uploaded, Morrigan. post #625629
You're absolutely right that if an image is of good quality it will be easily approved.
Jpg artifacts, scan lines, and whatever MSpaint junk post #5024998 is... Yeah that's not good quality.
This is why our rule on self uploads is the way it is. "...artists tend to be biased when it comes to judging the quality of their own work."
Sorry to @ you like this (especially as you are doing this for free and in your own time, a huge thank you for that of coerce) but you kinda skipped over my review request when you did your last review, could you please have a look at my review request when you have the time?
Edit: oh it seems like you approved the second of the two image although not the first, thank you but could you also please take a look at the first (this one post #5021705 )

if he approved one and not the other, I'm sure he looked at both and decided the second one was better for whatever reason. It's a little heart breaking but there are images that are good but none of the approvers like it and they don't owe you an approval.
