I'm afraid you'll have to go with sorairo_(vyky2743) (Pixiv account name as qualifier).

You should be able to delete artists yourself. But I've deleted that one and added to other URL to artist #122847.
Dupe tags, but the problem is how to read 叢島なぎ since both names are wrong (Twitter handle and Pixiv stacc respectively). Oh, and both tags were created by the same user.

The original Wuti now goes by 唯我识 (wéi wǒ shí). Considering they only have one (deleted) post on Danbooru and haven't been active for three years, woul it be possible to rename that artist and use wuti for this one?
