Danbooru 2 Issues Topic

Good day. Not sure if it is right place to ask, but anyway- is it possible to view all pairs of parents and child pics via site? I try to use '~parent:any ~child:any' request but it doesnt work- shows empty list. There is a way to get all ID of pics for both ~parent:any and ~child:any separated and download'em, but it will make me download all pics and sort em manualy. Even with correct naming by author and character, it has pics with no pairs of dressed/naked, so thats the problem.
(I need it to make image pairs with dressed/naked pairs of pics, and for existing Danbooru database it was avaliable to make cross query to view/batch download all images like parents with naked child and vice versa, but database is outdated for 2018 or 2017 year and I don't want to miss pics uploaded 2019.

No, this is not the right place to ask. This topic is for bugs.

Since I’m replying anyway: I think you need to write your own downloader and use the API. Search for parent:any nude to get all nude child posts. The API will give you the image URL and the parent ID so that you can also get the parent for that child post. Querying the API about the parent ID will also tell you its tags to that you can make sure the parent isn’t also nude to save you downloading both posts. Keep in mind that multiple child posts can have the same parent and avoid downloading the parent multiple times. Good luck.

"bad argument (expected URI object or URI string)" error when trying to use Bookmarklet on DeviantArt. Tried on both the page and after using "open image in new tab".

Getting this error when uploading an image from an online source, same error even when uploading the image from pc:

Yes, when uploading from pc it did turn green.

What was the source? Tumblr and DeviantArt are known broken right now because of some changes to their sites.

Changes

• Multiple improvements to the post recommendation system. As a reminder, this is how you view recommendations:
• Click "Recommended" in the front page menu, or go to /recommended_posts.
• Click the "Recommended" tab beneath posts.

• Recommendations are now available for all users. Previously they were gold only. You need at least 50 favorites to get recommendations.
• All posts with at least 5 favorites now have recommendations. Previously only posts uploaded in the last 2 years had recommendations.
• More recommendations are now shown: 100 on the recommended posts page and 45 beneath posts.
• The recommended posts page now filters out your own uploads and favorites.
• The recommended posts page now lets you see recommendations for other users (as long as their favorites aren't private).
• The recommended posts page lets you use tag searches to filter recommendations. You can use this to filter out unwanted results, or to focus on specific tags. This may return no results if your search filtered out too many posts.
• Recommendations show the number of favorites beneath the thumbnail. You can click this to find more posts like a given post.
• Currently recommendations update every 4 hours. This means new uploads will take at least 4 hours to get recommendations.

Fixes

• Fixed a bug that caused recommendations to not update for the past few months.

Known issues

• If you have a lot of favorites (around 50,000 or more), then the recommendations page may show "No recommendations found". This happens when the system can't recommend anything that you haven't already favorited.

Not sure if this has been reported before, but when requesting an alias/implication inside a forum thread, the form says "This request will be attached to (thread)" with a link to the thread, but clicking the link goes to a blank BUR form instead of the thread

Minor update

• BURs: When an alias, implication, or mass update is approved, the tag edits are now credited to DanbooruBot. This is to make it easier to isolate or revert these tag edits if necessary.
• BURs: Fix bad "This request will be attached to (thread)" links.
• Tagging: Lower the sad face / happy face minimum tagging thresholds. Now it's 10 tags to make the face not sad and 20 tags to make it happy.
• Uploads: Bump image similarity threshold from 65% to 70%.
• Uploads: Fix DeviantArt uploads not working. DeviantArt has been making changes on their end lately, so this could break again.
• Notes: Fix issue with scrollbars appearing on the note when the font size is too large.
• Fix the site name to be Safebooru when browsing https://safebooru.donmai.us or when safe mode is on.

Which version of Firefox? I couldn't reproduce this with Firefox for Android 68.3.0 or Firefox Focus 8.0.24 (71.0a1).

I can also confirm that both fonts work for me on my Android phone with the same Firefox version as above.

After you approve a post you can't edit the tags afterwards but you have to either leave the image and re-enter it or refresh it.
The latter doesn't always work.

I'm not sure if this is intentional or not, but certain redirects don't preserve output format suffixes, e.g.

• https://danbooru.donmai.us/artists/banned.json redirects to https://danbooru.donmai.us/artists?search[is_banned]=true&search[order]=updated_at instead of https://danbooru.donmai.us/artists.json?search[is_banned]=true&search[order]=updated_at;
