I was unable to reproduce this error using that pool or any of the posts that you recently added.
Did the error involve just one or two posts, or was it all of them? What it just that pool, or is it others? Can you describe what you mean about "add option add to pool" including the steps you took, preferably with screenshots demonstrating the issue along with any possible error messages you may have received.

One thing to note though is that if you accidentally swipe to the left on the post show page, it's the equivalent of back key that'll take you to the previous page, which in the above case would be the post index page.
Mozilla 56 for Android here. It doesn't need to be to the left, it can be as little as a diagonal. That feature is widespread, really annoying and has never helped me to navigate any better. On the contrary, it gives me headaches. I stumbled upon this post because I was looking for a *monkey script to disable it to be honest.

After post #2879212, i can't add after that, i dont try for another pool
Edit: I have tried for pool #12896 and pool #12593 but there is no problem about adding image

Looking at that screenshot, there's an "&" in the pool title name (& is the HTML code for &). So when Danbooru looks up "Original - The Pervert Elf & The Serious Orc (Tomokichi)", it of course won't find anything.
How are you getting that pool name by the way? I've tried looking it up through autocomplete and also using the drop down menu, and either way it gives me "Original_-_The_Pervert_Elf_&_The_Serious_Orc_(Tomokichi)".

Ah, you're right. I tried earlier, but I may have been doing something wrong...? Regardless, I'll go ahead and create an issue for this, now that I know how to replicate the error.

Sure, happens all the time depending on what kinds of searches you're trying to run. How long Danbooru tries to query the database before giving up depends on your user level.

Danbooru EX bug. Someone created artist #158313 (name: "つくみずゆう"), which confuses Danbooru EX because the artist entry doesn't have a corresponding tag due to つくみずゆう being an invalid tag name.
Renamed the artist to tsukumizu_yuu_(delete) to fix this.
