I'll ban them but that's the best you're going to get. Double deletion allows for another user to reupload them and is only intended for images that failed to upload properly.

Doing that request will just allow people to reupload them again. And perma-delete is only with the administrator's will and even they will not do it unless necessary- like maintaining the health of the databases.

This kind of low quality is also common throughout this comic's entire pool. A mod might want to give the whole pool a quality check.
