Oh… I got it mixed up before, because in a previous post, I saw that this artist seemed to have drawn it for her friend’s original character, so I changed it to original.
But I went back and looked again, and it seems that this character was designed by Bacheally’s friend and submitted to Merc, and then this character was selected by Merc.So Bacheally drew this picture to celebrate the selection of her friend’s character.
This does belong to Merc.

    Blacksmith showing off as is the case with the biggest Zhanmadao/Zanbato. Some were ceremonial as in only a god is supposed to use them, and others were similar to the Nazi Wunderwaffen i.e. the maker imagined it would be a good superweapon. In a very small number of cases the intended human user was much bigger than the population average so the weapon was scaled up to match.

    It's never been clear how that tag was actually intended to be used, but that tag would be best used to tag the generic members. In which case, it makes perfect sense to be a character tag. Caesar's Legion is not being used that way, so it makes no sense for it to be a character tag.
