The PB (ПБ, Пистолет Бесшумный "Silent Pistol") is a Soviet-designed integrally-suppressed handgun introduced in 1967, based on the earlier 9×18mm Makarov PM. The weapon features a quick-detachable additional suppressor, a shorter slide, grip shell that covers the upper frame without rounded shape and a straighter trigger guard profile.
