Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese escort ship Fukae. Character design by Akasaka Yuzu.
She is portrayed with short blue hair with light blue gradient tips, and brown eyes. Her default outfit is the Etorofu-class uniform: a white shirt with a blue sailor collar, aqua neckerchief, black bodysuit, blue pleated skirt, black socks, and grey loafers.
Her rigging is shared with the rest of the class: her funnel and masts to her back, a 12 cm handgun mount, 25 mm anti-aircraft gun and depth charges on thigh straps, additional depth charges on her belt, an anchor with ankle chain, and a blue ankle ribbon.
She is named after Fukue Island (known as Fukae during WWII), the southernmost of the Gotou Islands in Nagasaki Prefecture which are part of the city of Gotou.
