A traditional Middle Eastern square-shaped headdress which is generally worn on the head or around the neck like a scarf. Traditionally white with black or net-like red pattern.
There are many different terms to refer to it:
keffiyeh or kufiya (Arabic: كوفية kūfiyyah, meaning "from the city of Kufa" (الكوفة); plural كوفيات kūfiyyāt)
