Relapse
And with that, my job is done and I close the star's light.
Along with my memories, my body quietly, slowly, and calmly returns to the abyss where it all originated. It's a very dark, very remote, and very lonely place. But I'm not sad this time. My body will remain intact without being used to create something and my memory will also remain warm and pleasant without being rejected.
This time my children were foolish, small, and vulnerable, but they are not weak by any means. They will surely prosper longer than I. As long as one continues to live, one's childhood will end. And this time I'm confident I can send them off with a smile.
Goodbye, my lovely children. Even if you leave this star, may you thrive on a different one.
Long ago, the sea sang, "Please stay with me forever." "Please never leave me."
But now, the sea sings, "Please don't come back to me again." "Please don't love me again."
