Valentine's chocolate from Artoria Caster.
A very typical heart-shaped chocolate.
"So this the Valentine's Day I've heard so much about! Giving someone chocolate shaped like an internal organ sounds awfully bold, but as they say, when in Rome, do as the Romans do!"
