さっきは田舎者である事を気取られまいとするあまり、肝心の情報を聞けずに終わってしまった。
気を取り直し 町のポケモン達に聞き込みを続けるが、聞くほどにカレーを食べるためのハードルは
上がっていった…。
一緒に暮らすヒトに作ってもらうか、「お店」という所で「お金」というものと交換しなければ
ならないという。頼みのバモラ君の所在も ようとして知れない。
カレーの事はたくさんおしゃべりした中での一部の話、もし 会えたとしても カレーを
食べさせてくれる約束なんて忘れているかもしれない。
気さくに答えてくれたポケモンに粗相をして絞られたり、エサを横取りする誤解を被って噛まれたり、
ついには田舎者である事が露呈し笑われたり…選抜調査団は次第に追い詰められていく。

The team realized they were so busy trying to act like city boys, they'd forgotten to ask about the curry.
They tried again, asking more pokemon around town, but things just started getting more and more complicated.
Apparently, most pokemon got their trainers to make food for them. Or if they got it from a "restaurant," they needed something called "money" to trade for it.
Nobody knew a Scorbunny named Scorch, either.
The Sobble had probably forgotten that Scorch promised to treat them to curry next time he saw them. He had talked about an awful lot, after all.
Some pokemon started off friendly, but got violent because of...a little mistake.
Others thought they were there to steal their food, and tried to bite them.
Others even saw through their city boy act and laughed at their crude country manners.
It really was just one thing after another.
