The debut of on-demand karaoke was an upheaval in the karaoke life of anime fans, indeed.
Up until then, the only ways to sing karaoke anime songs were to collect opening theme CDs that included karaoke versions or to input the MIDI data and make them yourself.
Even I copied by ear and input to make MIDI data for songs like All-Purpose Cultural Cat Girl and Tenchi Muyo.
