Upload Feedback Thread - post here if your uploads keep getting deleted

Does anyone have any critique for this deleted post? Initially, it was under-tagged, but I've spent the past day retagging it (and some of my other posts). However, I'm uncertain if that's the only reason it wasn't approved; Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I am aware that these are self-uploads, but experiencing this website's "harsh" moderation system, I started actually wondering what people outside of my circle think about my works. These are only a few that I uploaded recently, but I would definitely like to know what you think may be wrong with them. I know it's not personal, but still - gotta improve somehow.

Odd-looking faces, their eyes are too big and close together, muddy pillow shading, and very rough linework. The Mona in particular suffers from serious proportion issues, her legs are gigantic compared to the torso.

I think the art on post #5755552 is ok, but doesn't stand out enough to offset the huge, unsightly watermark. post #5795885 has terrible proportions, his arms are tiny. Very weirdly shaped head on Childe in post #5795884.

The hand is just too wonky for a foreground element of the picture I'm afraid. Also bad perspective that makes the character feel disjointed from the background. Taking the time to properly tag your post is a commendable effort, but it has no effect on whether it's approved.

I uploaded a comic (post #5824556 and its children) a few days ago, and it got deleted. Wanted to make sure why so this doesn't happen in the future.
Was the art too rough? The same artist has lots of other comics uploaded, but those (usually) look more polished so I'm assuming that's why this one was deleted.

Right. As has been mentioned several times but it bears repeating. Danbooru works on an approver system where Approvers can choose to approve an image if they think its good enough. Its probably not the best system for ensuring high quality art but its the best we've been able to come up with.

There are usually about twenty approvers checking the queue on a regular basis, though only about half of them bother to click the "dissintrest" button :/. The first rule for an approver is "dont approve something you dont like", so its possible to upload stuff that is technically good quality but not very likeable.

1: Super flat shading. Poor detailing. Odd posture. There is something wrong with her left leg / foot.
2: Again flat shading. Resolution is kinda small. Not as blatantly problematic as the first one but it can only be described as mediocre quality at best.
3: Seriously rough and uneven linework. Rather flat shading, and what shading there is doesnt make a lot of sense. Bad hands, bad face and bad condiments. Not sure if its actually a self-upload but if it is I suggest posting on Deviant art instead.

I have commissioned people from deviantart, tumblr, etc. before. But still I need to know why.
Can you check these three please?

1: Flat shading and low detail. Faces are a bit wonky and the girl has a weirdly bent arm. Strangely bulky shoes.
2: This one is better. Poorly drawn breasts (an uncommon flaw). Makotos shoes looks weird. The thin, drawn out style isnt very popular, Im afraid.
3: Flat shading. Bad hands and Izuku's face. Kuyouka's proportions are way off.

Many approvers care about anatomy and proportions. This girl is ridiculously exaggerated in the ass and thighs. Her spine is broken and her face is only eyes. The linework is somewhat uneven.

Dont ask for this many posts, replying in this thread is tiresome enough with a few posts for each member. Long lists can easily become TLDR. Luckily some of these has been approved so I will only have to answer the rest.
post #5815669: This is a hard pose to draw, her lower torso almost seems to be missing. Her feet seems to be twisted further than what is really possible. A bit of a loli warning, which is not a deal breaker in itself but not all approvers like that.
post #5815439: Explicit loli, so you've already lost a bunch of approvers who have that blacklisted. Her hipps are off, her thigh gap is exaggerated. Her hand and feet are not as well drawn as the rest of her.
post #5815428: Similar problems as the last post but this time its the ass that is uneven. Her but crack goes to high on her back.

Though they where approved I will warn that explicit comics are often not approved.

1: Violette's neck is of centre. Her face and ear looks off, I cant really identify exactly how Im afraid.
2: I found small flaws that made me not like this one but I dont really think that would have stopped other approvers. It would be good if someone else could chime in here.

They got approved but in the future please use the "appeal" funktion rather than just asking for approval here. This is for feedback, not "permission to allow"

Someone thought they where bad and flagged them for review. Danbooru strives to have high quality art (and some funny memes, because internet). I explained the approval process above. Flagging is for when an unlimited contributor uploads sub par art or when an approver approve the same.
