This is a SFW art, which belongs to an artist that kinda needs tons of translations to their images despite being put in the tag "translation request" before. Starting with this would be good, maybe?

I've gotten permission from the artist to hard translate a pixiv series he's doing, but I have a hard time understanding the way this particular artist talks.
