Reason: Changed of the name, but keeping sk-II in his Pixiv profile name for sake of an identifying.
Currently kankyo_hogodantai aliases to chiko_(artist), but I moved the posts under that tag to chiko_(kanhogo).

ecil and li (liras) are possibly the same person. They are different pixiv accounts, but some of the pictures from one are now on another.
Ex. post #465079 post #490485 etc that were on liras' site are now on ecil's site here http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=manga&illust_id=13784602
Also the pixiv avatar icon for liras is the same as the one on ecil's homepage http://ecil-a.net/

Yeah, looks like it. The style is very easy to pick out since he does anatomy slightly unusually at times. Went ahead and aliased.
