Artist alias request thread

Some of these were done before I checked this thread and some are moves rather than aliases but here's where they ended up:

henmere:
shubesuta and shirau_inazaki -> inasaki_shirau.
akazu_bon -> akatsubon
kemono_no_nonomichi -> akatsubon
oda_kenichi -> oda_ken'ichi.
biwa_(kt) -> gonoike_biwa.
biwa_(pixiv_267543) -> gonoike_biwa.

Site name -> artist name (site name). The site name is one word (the artist's current twitter bio is "depthbombの中身です").

katoh -> katou_(hyaena)

izuka_kanno -> kanno_izuka: かんのいずか

koremitsu -> koremi2
Pixiv nickname -> pixiv id/nickname on site. A few weeks ago I moved the latter's posts to the former but I just remembered about the arists aliases thread.

sheedo -> jade_(1308mukoubuti)
Latter is more informative as it has the pixiv id. Not sure where sheedo or jade came from as there's no mention of either name on pixiv so there might be some cleanup needed there.

petaro -> ueno_petarou.
His current name.

Aliasing or Mass edit waki -> ikawa_waki.

Reason: The artist said '今後は同人・商業全ての活動を”依河和希”（ikawawaki）名義で行っていきます。'

inaZaki_shirau (and shubesuta, shirau_inazaki) -> inaSaki_shirau.

Reason: The reading is from the diary(2008/03/13).

Reason: His current name.

Just azzie strikes me as pretty ambiguous. Should be azzie_(aduman) or something like that.

Moved:ebs -> ebs_(dash1214)

Reason: Adding qualifier because another artist goes by that handle/id name.

Reason: Seems like it could be ambiguous, so adding a qualifier.

Done. With artists that have less than 10 posts, usually you can move them yourself.
