Both accounts share a preference for the Sakurafaces, particularly Passionlip, and to my untrained eye the art styles seem compatible, so I'm inclined to take him at his word. Current name is 锥虫蓝, which is Chinese for Trypan Blue, his Twitter username is TrypanBlue_TPB, and his blue logo has "Trypan Blue" handwritten in English.
