Honestly the highly inconsistent yet copied style alone is pretty damning, even more if taken with the context you gave about the twitter account

pixiv #118970034 says it's AI, make of that what you will. It's also a repost.

Check Hitori's eye and hair on full size pic, 100% AI, and same for other images from that user

Flagged the 5 posts, found the typical hair shenanigans and other typical stuff of ai all over both background and character

Seems like they have deleted most of their pixiv by now but many uploads that are on danbooru used to have the AI tag there. Their Twitter mentions AI too, their current pixiv is nothing but AI slop. I think starting from post #6585905 they should all be checked.

Latest art in particular is suspicious given the shading and general style. Also the artist's art style seems to have shifted in late 2022 to 2023, when AI art first took off, and there's at least one Pixiv post where the artist openly admits in testing out NovelAI.

In fact, I have a video of the drawing process. This is not an AI-generated work. The author publishes both hand-drawn and AI-generated works on pixiv. If you consider this post to be AI-generated just because the author has published AI-generated works, then your professionalism is quite average.

Both are completely fucked, on the 2nd one look at her earring, hairpin, emblem "text", and whatever's going on at the bottom of the detached collar.

The post was not manually deleted, it just went unapproved. I don't think this one should've been tagged with AI-generated because the brushwork looks human. However, the disparity between line confidence and anatomy/rendering, on top of the account's history, strongly suggests AI tracing which, while not against the rules, is often considered low quality and unlikely to pass the queue.
