It being the standard 832x1216 resolution from SD doesn't help, but I couldn't see anything majorly wrong in the usual spots at a cursory glance, except maybe overall shading feeling "assisted-ish".
Those two posts are deleted, but since the third upload of this artist is tagged ai-generated, I still think it'd be best to have them tagged if it's the case

There have been many people who say they don't use AI but have had clear artifacts in their work. The own artist's statement shouldn't automatically be upheld unless it's backed up with proof.

Personally, I think the first one is just drawn over 3d, as is traditional for this artist. The fingers are specifically what make me think this.
The style is much more suspicious for the 2nd one but that's it, I don't see any artifacts. I would tag it as assisted at most.
For the last, non-dikko, one the other works by this artist have the same exact style and none of them are running AI red flags for me.

Definitely not AI
dzenrei (dzenrei art) looks fully AI gen to me. Random twitter account whose only contributions were reposting cutesexyrobutts' and shexyo's pictures until late 2023 suddenly starts dumping art of their own in those artists' exact style. All their images are artefacted and heavily upscaled, the most blatant example being post #8425958 where the necklace and body hair stubble stick out as manually painted on in the target resolution while everything else is a blurry mess.
