Do we have a tag for hair spiral thingies?
For example: post #2260551 and amano_ai.
Wouldn't this be covered by curly_hair?

I'd say no. Yes the hair curls but it also forms a "ball" so I'd go with hair_bun.

Two question about post #2260856
1. How are those "hair_buns" called?
2. What is that thing over her nose?

we don't have tags for these i think. hairstyle reminds me of akashi_(kantai_collection). some tag these simply as sidelocks but looking at it we might need a new tag. the bunched hair looked like a tassel to me.
number 2 reminds me of noseband for a horse.

out_of_frame. check portrait out_of_frame for related searches. but bust might be more appropriate to add in this case.

That's why I would call them, but since they don't automatically implicate shoes, I would add that tag as well.

Does those traffic lights have a specific name (the thing on the right).

looks like it's called a Christmas tree
were we to start a new tag, I'd probably go with christmas_tree_(racing)

Should we tag mob characters that make enough of an impression to generate artwork, yet have no official or fan names? (e.g. post #2263639)
One benefit to this would be that if such characters ever get official and/or fan names, than it will be easier to search for those posts and update the tags.
I see a few ways to do this:
1. Use a general tag such as unnamed character or mob character for all series
2. Use a more specific tag such as unnamed character (series name) or mob character (series name) for each individual series
What do you all think?

Thank you ^-^.
I've added your idea.
If someone has a better idea, feel free to change it (:P).

I think it's very unlikely that such characters get named later. Still it has some merit, because no character tag at all as seen with post #2263639 is certainly not satisfactory.
If such a tag gets created I'd use a general one. This thread is the wrong place for this discussion, though. Better start a new thread for this.

Isn't this what the extra tag is for?

Many thanks, I was not aware of the existence of that tag. I'll be using it from now on.

I've noticed some have tagged posts that have just Aori and/or Hotaru from Splatoon with the inkling tag. I know that they are "inklings", but I had always thought that tag was reserved for all of the unnamed characters. For that matter, should Agent 3 not be tagged with inkling for the same reasons I outlined above?

her clothing is obviously based from Weather Trio. Is there any tag for this, like clothinification or something?

Cosplay tags for all of the particular Pokemon (see for example, pikachu_(cosplay)), since those are the tags that relate to clothing. personification should be when a non-humanoid characters is made humanoid (and in this case the character wearing the clothes is humanoid in the first place). objectification may count, though I tend to think of it more for characters becoming non-clothing objects.
