Is there a tag for the strap thing Vocaloids have attached to their pants or skirts?

It's not quite the right answer but in those cases is buckle a good tag too. It..ehm..connects(?) the belt with that thing.
Well, not in Miku's cases but in Rin's case^^.

Is there another tag fpor climbing_wall?
I used it twice but there are also only two uploads with this tag. So I wonder if there is a more common tag.

I have a couple questions about the specific use of the solo tag: does it apply if there's another non-human character present such as in post #2221764? Also, does the tag apply for when there are other people present in photos like in post #2240773?
Also regarding the no_humans tag, does it still apply if there are corpses of humans (or humanoids) present like in post #1918034?

The wiki states (for the second case):
These situations should be tagged solo focus, not solo:
Pictures focusing on one character among a crowd of nondescript, less detailed people."
In the other cases I think you're more or less free xD.

Now this pic here has six "hair-tails" and how do we name that?

Aren't two of them sidelocks? It's just quad_tails
I think I saw some multiple (6+) "hair-tails" on pixiv, can't find it now. multiple "hair-tails" might be necessary.

Apart from hime cut and topknot, we don't appear to have any tags for traditional Japanese hairstyles, and there are quite a few of these. I'm leaning towards the use of a single nihongami tag as a catchall for the styles commonly associated with geisha and oiran, though someone more familiar with the different varieties may want to tag them all separately. Thoughts?

More of a "how to tag" than "what to tag" question, but should one tag futanari, futa with male, etc. based on artist tags or description when no genitalia are visible? (E.g. post #2253519 which has the tags ふた×男 and ふたなり on pixiv.)

implied_futanari would be your best bet

For the post in question, I would advise not even using that tag. There's no visible indication of futanari whatsoever; the image appears to be nothing more than a boy and girl kissing. The rule here is tag what you see, not tag what the artist says is there. This is actually spelled out quite clearly in the implied futanari wiki:
Whether the character is canonically a futanari or not, whether related pictures have a penis showing or not, and whether the artist clarifies that it is futanari or not aren't relevant.

What is she doing with her face?
I saw that tug was already added but is this enough?
Updated by DanbooruBot
Looks like cheek pinching, and since that doesn't appear to be her real face, perhaps mask pull as well. Considering the dialogue, it might also be kigurumi.
