Same artist, new Pixiv account. Direction of the alias doesn't matter to me. The wiki entry for the aliased artist tag would need to be deleted and the alias artist entry would need to be updated.

Reason: I'm not entirely certain which name is correct just yet, but given post #811549, I'm inclined to favor the latter for tagging purposes. I think the only sources I've seen Touko, even though it's often, are in Japanese databases and wikis (unofficial, with unclear original source) and R1 DVD credits.

The artist had an old Pixiv account that no longer exists, and so this is a new one. There isn't any links on the Pixiv, but the Twitter has the same avatar and some of the same images posted as Pixiv. I still can't find any definite proof, but I suspect post #903162 is also the same artist as well since I can't find any other 竣成 artists in a quick search and I think the style matches.
muneaki_hamatsu <-> kurosu_tsugutoshi: Same artist; this page listing the name 黒須嗣載 is linked from Hamatsu's pixiv, and the url for Hamatsu's pixiv is "mcnail", same as http://www.mcnail.info, Tsugutoshi's webpage. Also parent:504059.
