Looks closer to AI assisted on close examination, I uploaded a number of their pictures.

This guy is only on pixiv, and posts a large amount of decent quality art despite the fact he only started a year ago. Thoughts?

Style doesn't seem that different post-by-post, and they are uploaded over the course of almost a year. Unless you have other things pointing to it being AI I think it's probably not.

I think probably not AI-generated. Take a look at some of these, they would be difficult to get the complicated hand poses right I think:

I know hand generation has improved, but these are still complex and a bit beyond what SD can do.
I didn't look through all of his posts, only the early ones, so maybe there is something telling later on.

Not really. I'm just skeptical of new artists that have already mastered their art and and output so much art.
Usually, artists make compilations of the art they posted on twitter. It kinda seems fishy, but what do I know.

Maybe he spent a long time practicing before he posted anything. Who can say? It's reasonable to ask here to get a second opinion.
I don't see anything wrong with the hair, hands or otherwise.
The most recent upload of this artist was also tagged AI-generated, and a reason given was "because her hair goes behind her eyebrow and eye". That's terrible reason, as that's something artists do all the time.
