Can't see a single thing that looks non-generated on that pixiv other then pixiv #101419081 and even then having it on their pixiv doesn't mean they drew it. Could've been a commission or a third-party edit. The low resolution of pixiv #101419062 also makes me think it's just an edit of some kind.
Back to the original post, the weird crosses, eyes, eyebrows, hair, pretty much everything makes me certain that it's an unedited AI output.
