Based on this clip and the fact that none of her costumes appear on her page anymore, it seems that Kaela Kovalskia's redebut today is a complete costume reset for her, from square one, which leaves us in an unprecedented situation for Hololive.
Had she just replaced her default, we could've gotten away with doing something like Shiranui Flare (Old Design), but if it is a complete reset, then that makes all three of her current costumes "Old Design", which would be unacceptable (given how much fanart they have, unlike Tokino Sora (Old Design)'s case). We might just have to cut our losses here and use the Nijisanji approach like we did Kurumi Noah almost a year ago (forum #296484, BUR #29483), call her new design her (4th_costume), and have it be like that.

Judging by the clip she might just be getting her other costumes reworked to fit the new model (however long that may take)

That'd give even more justification to go with the Niji approach, because we don't know in what order they'd rework her New Year and Casual costumes, since they could rework the latter first (so we'd have 4th, 3rd, 2nd, in costume order), and that isn't even accounting the possibility of her getting a new costume while her old ones get reworked (so 4th, 3rd, 5th, 2nd, in one hypothetical scenario).
