The first one probably for low quality.
The second also maybe low quality but there's also proportion issues with the left thigh (her right). The braid also doesn't look to flow correctly. Not to say it's a bad piece or anything though, there's good aspects to it as well such as the head/face and tails.

Identical dupes are not a violation though. Because their sources are different (e.g. Pixiv and X).

The ones that are allowed usually have are lossless pngs or have a significant difference in file size. For example, your post #8436531 was approved since it is a 6.74 MB png compared to the earlier uploaded child post #6381230 that is a 938 kb jpg, while your post #8428644 was deleted because it and the already uploaded post #8390722 are both jpgs around the same file size and are pixel-perfect dupes of each other.

The author is the same, the style is the same, it hasn't changed. So why wasn't this third image approved ? I would really like someone to tell me why.

post #8433078 the top right of Kasumi's hair is weirdly angled, it looks like it just cuts off rather than trailing down to her ponytail. Her right shoulder I assume is meant to be puffy but the lines being slightly off make it look weird. Her left thigh is weird as it's not as rounded as it should be at the top.
post #8433098 The hand on her head lacks detail in the palm. Could be argued that her raised thigh isn't proportioned correctly. Her head looks a little too big for her body.
I can't quite tell what it is wth this artist in particular but their faces and lineart feels a little... off. Not to say they're a bad artist, they're much better than anything I could do, I think they just struggle with proportions sometimes maybe.
