[Arknights] Costume implications

Female tourist a is niche at best. Very few examples of it exist and it's usually with Amiya anyways. That's why I think a rename is better here. Thanks for checking out my comment.

I have combed through every Arknights characters and their skins to find which required implications. Even though she isn't technically an AK character, I've included the renaming of Iana and her skin out of consistency with the other R6S operators.

Lastly, I found two fanmade outfits for Dusk and Whisperain that were given a tag and were then implied along with the official skins. I don't see any reason for these two tags to exist, unless they had a lot of posts.

EDIT: Oops, the last implication is missing the "_siege" from the outfit tag.

EDIT 2: Following Dannk's comment, I reread the side story where "Female Tourist A" appears and they're right. I was mistakenly under the impression that it was Amiya's nickname. So I created the amiya_(swimsuit) tag accordingly and changed the BUR.
Although I think that female_tourist_a should not exist in the first place because it's used for a random generic NPC

The two implications you are trying to remove just got auto-retired by the bot so those lines aren't needed anymore.

I'm reproposing the bulk update of two months ago. There are too many skins without proper implication, with more to come during the next Arknights collab with Dungeon Meshi.

You're trying to do too many things at once. Don't mix different things in a BUR like this or a single line will block the whole thing.

There's no point in deprecating those empty tags, they're unlikely to be used again and they won't be suggested by the autocomplete when they're empty.
And where should the posts under female_tourist_a_(arknights) go if it's deprecated? For example, what about the character in the background of post #4290842?
