It's tricky, they often overlap in creators involved, cross over with each other (Empires SMP and Hermitcraft had characters from each visit the other, characters from several visited Rats SMP, etc), stuff like MC Championship involves people from around the scene, and there's cases where it's never stated what a work is based on but it clearly isn't real life, like a lot of those copytag:1 posts.
I'd imagine there's people who'd like to blacklist all of them too, not caring about what specific ones they are. To a lot of people online, "minecraft youtube" is synonymous with "Dream and other cringe things I don't like".
But like I said, it's a very collaborative and overlapping scene, and the individual copyrights frequently share chartags.
