Neither do the hashes or file type. I don't currently have a subscription to this artist so I can't fully verify. Doesn't help that we've had people masking paid rewards by using a legitimate source on upload like this before. I've marked it as md5 mismatch for now.

Likely a paid reward, I can't find it on the artist's public accounts. It can be found on Kemono with the same resolution however

Banned artists have a badge next to their name, like artist #16584. In cases like artist #139399, all the artworks have been individually taken down.
Edit: just realized the entire page doesn't show, so that is the other indicator. For reference, the badge looks like asset #22806399

That's not the rule. The rule is that it's allowed if it was released for free when you uploaded it. The point is that if you upload something an artist posts for free, then the artist later takes it down and makes it a paid reward, then we won't retroactively take it down too because we don't keep track of what the artist does after you upload something. The point is not that it's okay to post paid rewards that were leaked accidentally.

I don't know why I was told something different by both an admin and an approver then if that's the case. This really needs to be explicitly clarified so a mistake like this doesn't happen again.
Right. I was told something different by an admin and an approver. That being said, this was on me for not taking proper and alternative steps about uploading these. I'll be more careful in the future to only upload ones that are initially free.
