Was there a reason this one never got banned?
Was unable to find a public source for this across the artist's accounts, appears to be a paid reward from the artist's Patreon (https://www.patreon.com/zorzero) from February 15th.
Paid reward, uploader attempted to hide it by posting the Pixiv ugoira as a source.
