I'm not sure what you're remembering because no official art of her has been uploaded yet. All three of them are completely nude fan art. Maybe they could qualify for petite instead, but it's pretty borderline.

With this one it is more confusing for me, since you can only see the face there is nothing to indicate that it is a loli, for me it is not

I know for a fact that two of the images that this tag had were the character's splash art. I pulled them from this site. But, they must've been removed or something. Thanks for checking!

Nothing gets removed unless it's illegal. If they were banned, they would still be represented in the post count. There are, as of writing this, seven papyrus (arknights) images on-site, and none of them are official art or banned.

Is obviously NSFW what with the tentacles, but I’m not sure how loli this is (briefly saw it before it got the loli tag added, it had the petite tag at first). From what I saw, the character was drawn with small breasts and seems to be proportioned with some curve on her hips in that image. Again the original uploader only used petite, loli was added later, all while the post was still in queue.
