In this case it's different, they explicitly allowed someone else to upload them. You can't get more clear than that.

Good to know. Does this also mean that anyone else is allowed to upload their rewards too, since they also did say that, or does that still fall under the rule I mentioned?

I don’t see this mega link in the original x post? I don’t see this higher quality link on any of their socials either. The only ones I see this link from patreon, and subscribestar. Maybe it’s available in their discord too? But access to their Discord is a paid reward too.

No, it's not a paid reward. If you ask the artist for a link, they will give it to you. They used to always provide a mega link but don't post it on Twitter anymore due to new X rules deboosting their tweet if they do it.

It's not unlikely for artists to post uncensored versions on twitter and censored ones on pixiv. If an artist has a track record of doing so there's no reason to doubt it. kyder uncensored has several of those.
