First of all, this isn't a reason. If some rogue mod approved a crappy picture, it still doesn't make your picture good. Second of all, the mods owe you no reason or explanation. Third, you're full of crap, because the only Simpsons-related image not uploaded by contributor or above (since the reshuffling two years ago) also contains a one piece character and Kefka, and was uploaded a month ago.

I'd like to note that this is not a feedback thread, most mods already spend entirely too much time here, and don't feel like telling people why their uploads are terrible. Any feedback should be considered a bonus.

I do not post a lot but when I do, I make sure I'm posting pictures that are of good quality and in the right "tastes" of the danbooru community. If after looking through them and the moderators feel that they are not appropriate for danbooru, then please state the reasons.

Oh jesus, Princess Lover HCGs are not "good art", they are freaking HCGs, the most boring porn imaginable.
There are some parts of the PL CGs that are worth uploading, none of those are them. But at least you weren't uploading the preponderance of peeing CGs (wtf is up with that anyway?)
