Explicit fetishy art will always be harder to get approved. Many approvers (including myself) are gonna pretty quickly disapprove a foot focus image where the feet are covered in cum, without looking too carefully at the overall quality. Otherwise, the arms seem a bit too narrow and the forehead is enormous even by anime standards.
