I can't speak for Mori, but it could be anything from a cum blacklist on their part, to genuinely accidentally missing it, to approving from the front page.

This artist has a series of pokegirls in school uniforms, and this one had apparently been ignored by other uploaders, and I'm still unsure as to why, since it's largely the same thing as all the other posts like it, just with another girl. I decided to upload it myself, but it didn't get approved, even though another post from the same series did despite being submitted later. I don't see why this one is different or worse than the others.
On that note, I would like to ask about this one, as well. It is a child of another post, but smaller in size and edited to be somewhat more explicit. One of the reasons given for its deletion was poor quality, but I feel it's just as well-drawn as the original, even if it's focusing on a smaller part of the image.
@RMXFan102 Don't make the mistake of comparing your unapproved uploads to other uploads that bypassed the approval queue entirely. Neither post #5229758 nor post #5283752 got approved, because the uploaders of those posts never had to seek approval for them. It's entirely possible that they wouldn't have been approved either, had they been uploaded by someone without the unrestricted uploads permission. In fact, as of this moment the only image by scarletsky with an approver's name next to it is your post #5279545.
The reason I skipped post #5279545 at first was because her small left arm in the sitting pose, but I think the rest of the image is good enough to ignore that mistake.

It's a crop of the paid reward. It's intended to be a preview for their patreon. There's no reason to upload them.

My guess is "If any of your uploads are manually deleted .." refer to deletion by staff (because the wording suggest that uploader can delete their own upload) that's why mine is at 5/5/.
So how long do I need to wait now? "Slots are freed when uploads are approved, or after three days if they are not approved." suggest 3 days, so can a deleted post expired like non-deleted one?

Ultimately, what gets approved and what doesn't is very subjective, as approvers simply are told to approve what they like, and we frequently disagree about what's good and what isn't. Muscular women aren't super popular so they will have a slightly harder time getting approved. And sometimes the one approver who would approve them (e.g. me) isn't actively checking the queue at that time.

If your upload gets manually deleted by an approver (which is what happened), then it fills up 5 of your slots until when that post would have been automatically deleted, so until three days after it was uploaded.

I believe the part you quoted was a reply to a different user. The post that was manually deleted has not been approved, and hopefully it never will be.
